DEPARTMENT: Policyowner Services
_Candidate's with the ability to speak, read and write fluently in English and Spanish are encouraged to apply._
BASIC FUNCTION: Primary responsibility is customer contact and problem resolution for external customers, the field and home office employees. Includes identifying problems or issues and possible solutions, processing routine casework and adhering to deadlines/cycle times. The incumbent may participate in unit projects or process improvement opportunities.
Qualifications: High school education. Minimum 1 year related work experience. Effective written and verbal communication skills. Proven customer service skills. Demonstrated computer experience with solid keyboarding skills and proficiency with current software packages. Successful completion of any required testing.
