Next Level Professional is currently seeking a Quality Engineer within the Medical Device Industry. This is a career role in the Franklin, Wisconsin area.
This individual will be responsible for product support assuring product/process quality and compliance through the development, implementation, and monitoring of appropriate processes, tools, metrics and goals related to new product development quality and product quality improvement efforts. Develop and implement strategic quality plans, master validation plans, validation protocols, inspection plans and quality/regulatory compliance operating procedures to meet ISO 13485:2003, FDA 21CFR820 and support CAPA programs.
The ideal individual must have a BS Degree in an Engineering field, a minimum of 4 years industry experience, knowledge of manufacturing processes and relevant statistical techniques in the medical device industry, knowledge of Lean Concepts, and an ASQ certification is required. Six Sigma Green or Black Belt certifications is preferred.
