Next Level Professional is currently seeking a Process Engineer in the product/process quality and compliance of Medical Devices. This is a career role in the Franklin, Wisconsin area.
This individual must have a bachelors degree in engineering and at least 5 to 10 years experience in thermoset or thermoplastics extrusion, molding and/or assembly process. Familiarity with medical grade Silicone, solidworks and FDA experience is desired. Experience in lean manufacturing concepts, continuous improvement activities, and a Six Sigma (Black Belt or Green Belt) is a plus.
Individual must have a demonstrated knowledge of process troubleshooting techniques, root cause analysis, design of experiment, and data driven corrective and preventive action plans.
Preferred experience in medical device manufacturing and clean room environment along with a hands on working knowledge of extruding, molding, and automated assembly equipment.
