BASIC FUNCTION: Accountable for analysis, design, development, implementations, and upgrades of infrastructure and software solutions. Responsible for assisting with buy, rent, build decisions; designs and documents infrastructure and systems software functional and non-functional requirements with blueprinting methodology. Responsible for using best practices and knowledge of internal or external business needs to improve and meet service level expectations. Works on larger, more complex systems and solutions that have a wider reaching impact on clients, systems and departments.

Responsibilities: Provide hardware and software engineering for the identity management infrastructure being leveraged at NM. Required Experience and Skills: Security mindset, Windows Server 2003 and Windows Server 2008, Strong knowledge of Active Directory, Detailed design, build and configuration for Microsoft Active Directory required, Experience providing ongoing directory administration functions including scripting (VBScript/Powershell), troubleshooting, and problem resolution, Experience providing consultation for business application teams and projects, Understand AD trouble shooting issues and be able to effectively use the built in AD tools and commands. The role requires both broad and deep technology knowledge and the ability to design a solution by mapping a customer business problem to an end-to-end technology solution. Senior level required (5-7 years experience or more).

Qualifications: Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related field, or an equivalent combination of education and work experience. Minimum 6 years experience in Systems Administration or Systems Engineering. Experience should include demonstrated proficiency in: Service Management (ITIL), Unified Modeling Language (UML) or equivalent, Engineering standards and best practices, Developing estimates for support or projects (Required). Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively with immediate team members, other IS areas, and clients in other departments. Ability to set priorities for scope, risk and quality of technology solutions to meet business needs. Ability to effectively communicate issues and solutions across all levels of the organization. Demonstrated experience using project management methodologies required.
