Summary:
This position partners with clients to understand learning needs and proposes innovative learning and performance solutions, both formal and informal. Provides thought leadership in promoting and leveraging emerging learning and development approaches and technologies. Aligns efforts with strategic organizational goals and cross-departmental thinking. Manages all aspects of cross-functional projects (e.g., budget, timeline, resources, etc.) to meet defined learning outcomes. Measures and evaluates the effectiveness of learning and development programs and recommends opportunities for improvement. May lead one or two committees or complex initiatives.
BASIC FUNCTION:
Designs, develops, and implements innovative learning solutions to meet defined needs. Accountabilities include, but are not limited to: conducting needs analysis, determining required delivery methods, creating storyboards, designing and developing instructional materials, preparing internal trainers for ILT and virtual instruction, and hosting virtual training programs at a superior level to promote audience engagement. In addition, must provide thought leadership on emerging instructional design trends and performance consulting, with the expertise to innovate and creatively blend new approaches into existing systems. Partners with leaders, SMEs, and end-users to increase individual and enterprise capabilities toward becoming a learning organization.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in instructional design, adult education, organizational development, or related field; master's degree preferred.
Minimum five years of demonstrated experience in workplace learning development and superior facilitation/presentation skills.
Demonstrated ability to effectively manage multiple assignments concurrently, set priorities and meet aggressive deadlines with a commitment to team objectives.
Excellent oral and written communication skills required.
Demonstrated ability to facilitate and work effectively with people at all levels; demonstrated diplomacy, composure and flexibility in adapting to ambiguous and rapidly-changing needs and priorities; quick, effective decision-making skills.
Effective interpersonal skills and ability to adapt to and navigate through organization networks.
Effectively able to listen to, engage, negotiate, and influence clients; synthesize and relate complex information; and develop and implement integrated training / educational strategies.
Ability to design and develop instructor-led materials, elearning, and virtual training including creating storyboards, job aids, and participant/instructor guides.
A strong technical aptitude is required. Working knowledge of Sharepoint is desired.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
