This position requires 1 - 3 years of experience in high-volume maintenance/grounds work, including cleaning, painting, weeding, pool cleaning, and more.
We will consider someone who has been exposed to many skills with a general contractor or handyman service.
Active, hands-on participant on the maintenance team Comfortable with and excited about the use of computers, apps, and technology to improve efficiency Making units rent-ready Must be a highly organized self-starter On-call rotation; overtime and weekend work may be required Snow removal from all walkways Physical Requirements:
Frequent walking, stairs, standing, climbing, crouching, kneeling, and reaching.
Ability to lift, push and pull up to 40 pounds.
Requires personal, courteous contact with apartment residents.
The Company offers a competitive hourly rate of $19.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
