Qualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalent required.
Proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook required.
Experience with Quickbooks a plus.
Office Assistance or secretarial experience also preferred.
Duties will include but are not limited to:
Answer Office phone and assist home owners with needs or resources they may need.
Sort and distribute communications in a timely manner Create and update records ensuring accuracy and validity of information Schedule and plan meetings and appointments Monitor level of supplies and handle shortages Resolve office-related malfunctions and respond to requests or issues Coordinate with other departments in Park Meadows ensure compliance with established policies Maintain trusting relationships with home owners, real estate agents and Board members of Park Meadows Perform other receptionist duties as needed Job Type:
